Some troubles!
On the way to the barber one part of the engine broke (14:10h) …
… I drove with a friends car to the local Mercedes dealer and asked them to repair the car right now, because we are in a case of emergency. They agreed and ordered the spare part in Hamburg ( delivered by Taxi ) ( 14:45h). I drove back to the clinic to pick up the car to the garage ( 15:20h ) and now I’m waiting until 18:00h when the garage is closing, to get the car back today. If they need more time, we can hopefully pick up the car tomorrow morning.
We have to drive 6 hours to reach Rotterdam and our last Check-In time is 19:30h. So there’s still left a little time reserve.
If the car isn’t repaired by Sat.11:00h we will have to activate plan “B”. or “C”
“B”: Mb Brother is with his car on the way to Göttingen and now queing north of the Elbtunnel. If we need his car, I will break off his trip to give his car to us.
“C”: We can get a friends car
The car is repaired.
… I’ve to go to the barber in Scotland …
back to normal schedule again!!
